Veto Cafe
A QR-driven booking and digital-menu system for a cafe, with a guest side and an operations side for the team.
The hard part
A cafe does not want its guests downloading an app. The guest is already sitting down. They want the menu now, and to book without waiting for a waiter to walk past.
What changed
The guest sits down and books without waiting for anyone, and the team stopped writing reservations in a notebook. The system is live and taking real bookings.
What I built
The whole product: guest interface, operations console, bookings, and the database.
