A project and field-maintenance app, with an admin panel that follows a job from request to closure.
The hard part
A field maintenance job passes through many hands: a client requests, an estimator prices, a technician executes, an accountant collects. When those stages live in WhatsApp and on paper, the job gets lost between hands and nobody knows where it stopped.
What changed
Jobs stopped getting lost between WhatsApp and paper. Management can see where each one stopped and who is holding it, and the quote comes out of the same system instead of being retyped every time.
What I built
The Flutter app and the admin panel, and the App Store release. I ran a full end-to-end audit against production and closed what it surfaced.
